Lakshmi is an Entrepreneurial Executive with over 23 years of experience in the enterprise business. A digital strategy coach in INSEAD and a mindful democratic leader with a flair for digital excellence best defines him.
Prior to founding nicheBees, Lakshmi was Vice President and member of the Management team for a European start-up. He was instrumental in the setup and growth of the Sales and Business Development of the organization. Lakshmi’s prior experience includes working with Baan/SSA Global/Infor Global Solutions and Thermax.

The short-term objective of nicheBees includes a structured partner-focused strategy to penetrate and provide impeccable solutions in the regions of EMEA, APAC & SAARC for major verticals such as industrial manufacturing, aerospace, aviation, automotive, banking, healthcare and retail, to name a few.
